Studio Snell has designed a slender, elegant tower that honours its beachfront context while asserting a bold presence on the southern skyline of Surfers Paradise.

Inspired by the form of a surfboard, the design is a subtle nod to the energy and movement of the Gold Coast. Clean lines, generous ocean-facing balconies, and natural indoor-outdoor flow create spaces that feel connected to both the ocean and the city.
